Consolidation of Multiple Clearing Processes
A major financial services firm embarked on consolidating multiple clearing entities and connectivity venues. The objective of this consolidation was to: (1) reduce extraneous clearing fees associated with each clearing entity; (2) streamline client reporting with one set of books; (3) reduce resources needed to maintain multiple clearing entities; and (4) to streamline Regulatory & Compliance Reporting.
Our team reviewed their current situation and developed methodical & detailed business, technology and operational requirements. This effort included multiple products, instrument types and locations. We managed the whole effort and worked closely with multiple vendors to perform internal & external street-wide testing.
The client now has a fully integrated clearing platform that not only meets the current business requirements but also accommodates their future business growth. This complex project was completed within time and budget.
